Believing God In Prayer

December 12, 2014

Romans 4:18-21 King James Version (KJV)

18 “Who against hope believed in hope, . . .

19 “And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead,

20 “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 “And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.”

What further more God is speaking/revealing to me is how sheer blank the way of escape was in anyone’s mind when the Israelites were being pursued by Pharaoh’s army. What I mean by “sheer blank” is, “how were they supposed to know that the waters could part?” How could it have ever entered their mind ~~~ something they had never heard or imagined before. They could have thought a mountain would split and let them through. Or they could have all been beamed up 100 feet into the air into some supernatural Jetstream and taken over to the other side. How could they have imagined any of those things which God could have just as easily done? They just hadn’t seen it or imagined it before.

What is there that God couldn’t do? All things are possible, but just not always in our minds to imagine.

So, Abraham’s body was dead, yet he didn’t let that understanding and knowledge phase him. And of course, there was Sarah’s body. Same same… So when we are believing for ourselves or someone else, (all of the things that they might need) ~~~ rather it having to be done in their mind, body, or spirit in a form of deliverance or breakthrough, is merely a matter of someone’s faith to release that person. Even if it is one of those fabulous miracles of finances or other goodies that are needed . . . we simply cannot look at the circumstances. We just have to release our mind of understanding, and our past disappointments.

What are you believing God for? Relationship? Financial breakthrough? What is a $1,000.00 or a $100,000,000.00 to God? Just a bunch of zeroes with a number in front. And that can come from a varied amount of resources connected or not connected to man ~~ just like the Israelites’ deliverance across the sea; or any other of the miracles. Just this week, we’ve had letters from institutions of government saying they had underpaid us and sent each of us a check! Two different institutions!

God can even change someone’s mind who has mental problems, or bring healing to that person in any way. God can do anything!!! Our faith releases our Father to make a way where there is no way.

When we pray, we must believe that God is Who He says He is!! (Heb. 11:7)

Let us be like Abraham who against hope believed in hope! Let us not be weak in faith, nor consider the past or present circumstances,

Let us not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief; but be strong in faith, giving glory to God!

And be fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He is able also to perform.”

So, guys, let’s believe for great things! Let’s let our faith be unabashedly (brazen, bold, unashamed) released for our promises and the promises of other’s we’re believing for! Rah Rah Rah! Yay Jesus!!!

We can only glorify God…
